Nine Game Pennant. 1908 NL

Based on an idea from W.M. Akers' Deadball Baseball, I intend to play the last 9 games of the top National League teams from 1908. I'll be using Spring Baseball rather than Deadball, though I do think Deadball is a very cool game. We start with Pittsburgh's second game of a doubleheader on September 25 against Boston.

Pittsburgh 311 011 000 - 7
Boston     001 011 000 - 3

Standings at end of September 25 (top three only)
             W   L   Pct  GB
New York    88  52  .629  .5
Chicago     91  54  .628  --
Pittsburgh  91  55  .623  .5
